Where is the studio located?
My studio is located in Saginaw’s Thomas Township on Gratiot Rd. Directly west of Taco Bell. Sharing a drive with Mid Michigan Markdown. You will turn in where you see the Mid Michigan Markdown sign and park directly in front of my studio (the red building).
How do I make an appointment?
You may click the reserve button to be taken to my online scheduler anytime. You may also reach me directly at 989-714-6325 and by email at info@hannahsmithstylist.com.
How early can I arrive for my appointment?
You may arrive up to fifteen minutes before your appointment. Often the door will be locked, and you may ring the doorbell to be let in.
How should I prepare my hair for my appointment?
You should have clean, dry hair in preparation for your appointment. First or second-day hair is perfect unless you have received specific instructions upon consultation.
Where can I find the new client agreement?
The new client agreement will be sent to you via your preferred method of contact.
Does Hannah accept emergency appointments?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. Consultation is required. Contact Hannah directly.
What is the cancelation/no show policy?
Need to cancel? no worries! Cancelations will be accepted up to forty-eight hours prior to your reservation time. Use the link in your confirmation message to make appointment changes. Any cancellation occurring after forty-eight hours will be subject to a fee reflecting fifty percent of the reservation cost. In the event of a no-call no-show fifty precent of reservation cost will be charged to the credit card on file.
Are services refundable?
Services are not refundable. If you find that you need something adjusted within two weeks of your service let me know. We can work together to make any adjustments.
